In-house design team and production under one roof – saving you time and money

All products from our own production are designed, tested and manufactured in our facilities in Vsetín, Czech Republic. This allows us to fine-tune initial prototypes, adapt designs for repeat orders or update graphics with maximum flexibility. We maintain full oversight of the entire process and can respond quickly to changes.

Our sales team also communicates directly with both the design and production departments, eliminating communication noise and speeding up development and sample approval. We value a partnership-based approach to packaging development and are always pleased when you are satisfied with the final product we have created together.

With a confirmed order, we send you a free sample before production starts

The development of every new product – whether packaging, display or insert – concludes with sample approval. In most cases, this is a physical sample in final quality, which we send to your address free of charge as part of the order. This allows you to verify functionality and fit before production begins. If you wish to adjust dimensions or graphics, we are happy to accommodate. Please note that this may slightly extend the sampling and approval process and therefore the production timeline. Once finalised, approval follows via a short confirmation form. Approval can also be based on an unprinted sample combined with print previews or a 3D visualisation. In exceptional cases, approval via photo or video is possible. However, whenever feasible, we prefer to send a physical sample in final quality – this approach has proven to be the most reliable in practice.

We print using modern digital technologies – flexibly and in premium quality

Our packaging, inserts and displays can be enhanced with full-colour, abrasion-resistant digital printing in high quality. Whether you prefer full-surface printing – even inside the packaging or display – or just a logo or text, the result will always look professional. For optimal results, it is important to provide artwork in CMYK colour mode and follow a few guidelines that make the process smoother.

If you do not have a graphic designer at hand or are unsure about data preparation, we are happy to help. We can advise on correct colour preparation or connect you with our in-house designer, who will handle the design from A to Z.

Digital technology is highly flexible – it allows multiple designs within a single production run and easy updates for repeat orders without investing in printing plates. For large-scale production, we also use flexographic and offset printing, as well as other methods that offer an excellent balance between cost and performance.

We have technologies that handle small runs from 50 pcs as well as large-scale production
