Our graphic designer has been part of our team for many years and knows the technical requirements of packaging and POS display production inside out. They will help with the preparation of print-ready artwork, the correct color setup for digital and offset printing, and propose a solution that will not only look good, but also support your brand and sales.

They will prepare a graphic design in the exact format and dimensions so that it can be fitted to the specific structure without complications and smoothly transferred to print. This helps you avoid unnecessary data edits, delays in the custom production process and additional costs, which are often significantly higher when the design is commissioned separately from an external studio.

What will we need from you for graphic design and print preparation?

If you already have a defined brand identity or prepared brand guidelines, we will fully respect them and work with them. However, this is not a requirement. In order for us to create your graphic design, you do not need to have a detailed manual or an exact visual specification ready.

A basic idea of how the packaging or display should feel is enough: for example, whether it should be minimalist, playful, premium or clearly communicate the brand logo. Our graphic designer will fine-tune everything with you during a short consultation and prepare a packaging print design that matches not only your style, but also the technical possibilities of production.

The input materials can take the form of a simple written brief, inspirational images or even a hand sketch. The important thing is to know what product the packaging is intended for, who the target customer is, and whether you already have a logo or brand colors available. Based on this information, we will prepare a design that is functional, visually attractive and ready for trouble-free printing.

What assets do we need to prepare the artwork?

• logos in vector format (curves), ideally as a print-ready PDF,
• image materials (images or photos) in appropriate quality – vector graphics in CMYK color mode; images and photos at least 300 DPI at 1:1 scale,
• types of fonts used (if a specific typeface is required, you can also attach a manual if you have one available),
• texts for individual captions/labels.
  

Don’t have all the assets? No problem, we can arrange their completion.

If you do not have some of the required graphic assets available, that is not a problem. By agreement, we can arrange:

• logos in vector format – the logo can be redrawn (the price beyond standard graphic processing is charged at 800,- Kč/hour excl. VAT), or a new one can be created, including brand guidelines (the price is individual depending on the scope, but starts from 5,250,- Kč excl. VAT).
• image materials – graphics or photos can be purchased from a stock library (price according to the current rate of the given library),
• fonts – missing typefaces can also be purchased (price according to the type foundry / font bank),
• caption/label texts must always be defined by the client.

Applies to each of the variants above:

Design according to the client’s brief + 2 rounds of revisions are included in the price. Further changes beyond the agreed scope will be charged at a rate of 800,- Kč/h excl. VAT (we charge every started half hour).
