Materials and technology
Materials
Meaningful, sustainable, and recyclable.
In custom production, we utilize a wide range of materials, such as honeycomb panels, corrugated cardboard, solid board, and various graphic papers. Thanks to long-term cooperation with leading global manufacturers, we have access to an extensive selection of materials, which we can tailor precisely to the needs of each project. For specific requirements, some materials are even custom-made for us.
The materials we use are eco-friendly, easily recyclable, and environmentally responsible, supporting sustainable solutions for our customers.
However, if we use non-cardboard components, such as plastic handles, plastic screws, or metal hooks, we do so only where it is justified and necessary — for example, to meet load-bearing requirements or specific technical specifications. This ensures the ideal combination of functionality, durability, and sustainability.
Our 30 years of experience guarantee that we will always select the most suitable materials and processing methods for your project.

Technology
Wide possibilities in processing and printing.
We have a wide range of modern technologies that enable us to handle projects of any size. Our in-house development and design team always selects the most suitable technology to ensure the final product perfectly meets the client’s expectations.
We use the latest state-of-the-art software for designing, engineering, and visualizing POS/POP materials, packaging, samples, and other cardboard-based products. For large-scale orders, we utilize advanced offset and flexographic printing technologies, ensuring top quality and efficiency. For smaller series, we have machines that allow direct digital printing and additional processing, eliminating the need for customers to invest in printing plates. This approach enables us to produce even very small series at competitive prices without compromising on quality or delivery speed.
For prototyping needs, we offer the use of a cutting plotter, which allows us to create precise prototypes and fine-tune all design requirements with the customer in detail. Only afterward, for large-scale production, do we proceed to the industrial die-cutting machine.
For assembling products such as boxes or displays, we use a digital gluing plotter, which ensures precise and efficient processing.
Our offering also includes lamination (both glossy and matte) using a large-format laminator, which enhances the durability and visual appeal of the products.
This comprehensive approach enables us to meet even the most demanding requirements of our customers.
