How custom production works in Paketo.one

Are you interested in how we produce custom boxes, stands and other materials made of corrugated cardboard and cardboard sheet? We have prepared a clear diagram for you, which allows you to easily visualize the entire process.

In the diagram, you can see green boxes, which represent individual operations on our side (paketo.one). The standard processing time for individual actions is 1–3 working days. The duration of the actual production, however, always depends on current capacity utilization (more info below the diagram).

Payment is usually made in the form of an advance invoice, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. Upon receiving a binding order, we send an advance invoice and, after its payment, produce and send a sample to the customer.

The binding production date will be communicated to the customer after the sample is approved and the order scheduled. This is due to tailored production, which is very specific, and the utilization of production capacities can change every day. The production process for each order is different and is preceded by certain actions on the customer’s part, the duration of which we cannot influence. The customer itself thus influences the time demands of the entire process to a certain extent. In the diagram, the actions on the customer’s part are in blue boxes.

Order dispatch is by individual agreement. We have our own trucks and work with many carriers. However, sometimes the customer prefers to use their own transport, where they pick up the goods themselves or with the help of their own carriers at our premises. They are located in Bobrky, Vsetín.
