FSC® C-188297 Policy

By its signature, the company, as the holder of FSC^® certificate C-188297, hereby associates with the Forest Stewardship Council^® A.C., Oaxaca, Mexico, or one of its subsidiaries or affiliates, (hereinafter “FSC^®”) by either being a member or having a contractual relationship with the FSC^®.

By signing, the company expressly declares that it has read and understood what is relevant to the Association of Organizations of the FSC^®, as published on www.fsc.org.

This policy establishes the status of the FSC^® with respect to unacceptable activities by organizations and individuals that are already associated or could become associated with the FSC^®, as well as the distancing mechanism.

In accordance with the above, the Company agrees now and in the future, as long as there is a relationship with the FSC^®, not to engage directly or indirectly in the following impermissible activities:

• A. Illegal logging or trade in illegal timber or forest products
• B. Violations of traditional and human rights in forestry operations
• C. Destruction of high conservation values in forestry operations
• D. Significant conversion of forests to plantations or non-forest uses
• E. Introduction of genetically modified organisms in forestry operations
• F. Violation of any of the ILO Core Conventions specifically:
• a. it will not use child labor
• b. it will not use any forms of forced labour or compulsory labour
• c. it will ensure that there is no discrimination at work and in employment
• d. it recognizes freedom of association and the effective right to collective bargaining.
