If you request our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly through the enquiry form. These details are: first name, surname, and email address, but also information about the goods you are interested in.

For what reason?
 We will use them to contact you for further arrangements regarding goods and services.

On what legal ground?
 This is processing on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

How long will we process personal data?
 If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for no more than 14 months from the date of our last communication.

B. Processing of personal data in the case of an order

If you order the production of goods from us, we will work with the data that you fill in for us. These are mainly billing data: first name, surname, address, and e-mail address.

For what reason?
 We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods or services to you. Through the contact details, we will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, possibly also regarding your complaints or questions.

We will further process personal data in order to fulfill our obligations under the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, possibly also for the processing of complaints and other reasons).

On what legal basis do we process personal data?
 This is processing on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR – compliance with our legal obligation.

How long will we process personal data?
 For the period of the performance of our service and then 14 months from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

C. Newsletters (business communications)

If you have given us your consent when filling in the enquiry form, we will use your email address to distribute our newsletter.

On what legal ground?
 This is allowed by section 7 (3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, if you have given us your consent.

How long will we process personal data?
 For 14 months from your last order. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in the footer of each of our newsletters or you can contact us by e-mail: marketing@paketo.cz.

II. Who gets access to the data?

Your data will remain with us. However, there are companies or other persons working for us who access the data because they help us run our website. They are:

  • entities providing the hosting and operation of the site,
  • entities ensuring the operation of the internal system,
  • entities operating mass communication and advertising tools (Google’s corporate data responsibility)
  • entities providing transport to the customer
  • entities operating payment gateways and payment services;

In the event that personal data are processed by processors(in addition to the data processed by the Controller), this is done on the basis of personal data processing contracts concluded in accordance with GDPR.

We process personal data only in the territory of the European Union.

We do not have an appointed Data Protection Officer in our company.

In our company, decisions are not made on the basis of automated processing or profiling.
